guaranteed “Made in Sarawak” and the producers have been fairly rewarded for their efforts. The company had also set up Absolute Tribal Restaurant serving delicious Sarawak ethnic dishes alongside a carefully-chosen selection
of cuisines from around Southeast Asia.
The craft workshops feature live demonstrations on weaving the exquisite Kain Songket, Pua Sungkit and Pua Kumbu textiles, and short-term craft courses including pottery,
batik making, basketry and Orang Ulu and Iban beadwork. The handicrafts are available to purchase, and visitors may also try their hand at producing their own handicrafts. Boutique accommodation is available within the 1.5 acre landscaped gardens, where guests can experience the unique Sarawak lifestyle. Visitors can also pre-book a welcoming dance, featuring musical themes from many of Sarawak’s ethnic groups.
