The World’s first museum devoted to all things
feline. Cat lovers will find a fascinating selection of exhibits, photos, feline art and cat souvenirs.

An Orang Ulu klirieng or burial
pole located in the grounds of the Sarawak Museum. Note the burial jar containing the mortal remains of the deceased aristocrat.
This display in the Chinese History Museum shows the traditional trades and patterns of settlement of the various Chinese dialect groups in Kuching.

CHINESE HISTORY MUSEUM
Kuching Waterfront, Jalan Main Bazaar
Built in 1912, this former Chinese Courthouse traces the history of the Chinese community in Sarawak. Exhibits include the early trade routes, migration, geographical distribution, the early pioneers, traditional activities, political history, etc.

DATIN AMAR MARGARET LINGGI PUA GALLERY
The Tun Jugah Foundation, Level 4, Tun Jugah Tower 18, Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman
This weaving gallery and museum managed by the Tun Jugah Foundation preserves and promotes the traditional methods of Iban textile weaving (ikat and songket), where visitors can observe weavers at work. The museum showcases
the rich material culture of the Iban community, via a display of Iban Pua-Kumbu, other woven textiles, weaving implements and ceremonial artefacts.
