The BOH Tea Garden

and oldest of BOH’s tea gardens, spanning over
465 hectares. It is home
to BOH’s first tea factory, built in the 1930s. Interest- ingly, the tea centre itself was built in 1949 during
the Malayan Emergency (1948-1956) to house sup- plies for troops stationed in Cameron Highlands. These historic colonial buildings are a treasured heritage and exude a quaint country ambience. Hidden behind the factory is an excellent hiking trail which offers beautiful mountain views of
